I can adapt the plan so you can do it at home if you wish! All you need are some weights/dumbbells. You simply have to select “just at home” on the registration form.

To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

Hola, soy Magaly,
una entrenadora certificada especializada en entrenamiento para mujeres.
Mi pasión por el fitness proviene de mi madre, quien es nutrióloga deportiva y compitió en fisicoculturismo, siendo mi inspiración en este camino. A lo largo de mi vida, he enfrentado desafíos con mi peso y mi relación con la comida, especialmente durante una etapa en la que descuidé mi alimentación mientras vivía en USA, lo que me llevó a ganar peso y sentirme insegura.
Mi experiencia de competir en fisicoculturismo me sacó de mi zona de confort y me llevó a seguir un estricto plan de alimentación y entrenamiento, aunque al final no mejoró mi relación con la comida. Fue entonces cuando descubrí la dieta flexible, la cual estudié y apliqué, lo que me permitió entender mejor la función de cada alimento y su aportación a mi salud.
